Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

During the summer of 2017, I experimented with a technique known as a ghost pull for artists that use ink. Only, I did them with Acrylic paints after painting with my hands. So I called them Reiki Pulls. This one looks like a dolphin surfacing in the wake of a large ship. What do you see?
From an early age, Elisa Maggio has been in love with the natural world. Spending moments in her mother's flower gardens, pinching the faces of snapdragons, picking and eating sour cherries, and cooling off in the summer's heat under the boughs of pine trees. Tuning in through the natural world became a daily adventure to release the sadness of an early childhood year's worth of trauma and abuse. The natural world of the divine mother filled with her enchanting colors, heavenly scented blossoms, and strength found within the branches of the trees became the sanctuary of life that could heal a wounded child and guide the path to wholeness.
